I'd say more like a fool & his delusions. I think losing or failing is something he's very familiar with but instead pretends as though it never happened & Ignores reality or instead tries to claim victory and brilliance for his failures. Seriously does he think people actually believe that 6 bankruptcies makes someone a brilliant businessman. No makes someone look like an even bigger moron for being totally oblivious to the fact that people are laughing at him & his incompetence.
